This Gym is by far one of the nicest, least expensive, full access gym and fitness facilities in the Kingston Area. The staff is friendly, genuine, even motivating and their hours of operation in combination with the great equipment and relaxed feel really hits home.
This is why local running clubs, swimming clubs, swimming competitions, indoor training, basketball, volleyball, squash clubs, you name it, they're usually there either for games or training. If a team requires some cross-training, this is usually where they go, due to the cheap price of membership, and the priveleges gained from being one. Grade A !
