TheWarmth “ it gets crammed when the 9-5ers make their way in during the evening, and the equipment could be updated. However, the staff is almost all power lifters and body builders who compete nationally through WNPF, so they know what they are talking about. Look up the power lifting team, they are pretty much a big deal. The price is better than Gold's in the area, and is quite comparable if not better than nearly everything else around. Several intramurals, adult leagues, and youth leagues in many sports also contribute to the over-all solid gym experience. ”
